SF SOCCER

Varsity soccer had a great year at South Fayette, as both the boys and girls teams won their section titles. This is the first time in school history the girls’ varsity team has won a title, and the culmination of an exciting season for second-year coach Wayne Capra and the entire team. The girls defeated the Lady Highlanders from McGuffey by a score of 1-0 to earn the title. The boys’ varsity team, coached by Mark Kuglar Sr., clinched its section title in the final home match against Chartiers Houston with a 5-0 victory.
