SF Spring Baseball Clinic
A Spring Training Baseball Clinic for players ages 8 to 13, sponsored by the South Fayette Baseball Boosters, will be held on Saturday, March 8, and Sunday, March 9. Hours are from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and the fee is $30.00. The location is the RBI Training Facility in Lawrence. Registration was mainly during December, but current information can be obtained by calling Joni Curl at 412-221-0366.

Our Lady of Grace Auction and Storytimes
Our Lady of Grace School in Scott Township invites all to their ninth annual Dinner Auction on Saturday, March 8, at the Hilton Garden Inn at Southpointe. “Grace Travels Coast to Coast” includes live, silent, and Chinese auctions, as well as dinner and dancing. The school will also be holding a preschool storytime for 3- and 4-year olds in the school library at 9:00 a.m. on March 12, April 16, and May 21 (call Liz at 412-279-6611).

Bridgeville Bingo
The Bridgeville Athletic Association will be hosting an afternoon of Bingo on Sunday, March 16. The location is the Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Department. Doors are tentatively scheduled to open at noon.

Weight-Loss Seminar at St. Clair Hospital
St. Clair Hospital and Hope Bariatrics will offer a free laparoscopic weight-loss-surgery seminar on Monday, March 17, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., followed by a support-group meeting from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the fourth-floor meeting room of the hospital, which is located at 1000 Bower Hill Road in Mt. Lebanon. There is no charge for the seminar but registration is required; call St. Clair Hospital’s Public Relations Department at 412-942-6280.

Ride On for Autism
A very worthy organization, Autism Speaks©, will benefit from the proceeds from its Ride On for Autism Motorcycle Run, which takes place on Sunday, April 27. The ride starts and ends at the Bridgeville Fire Hall. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., with coffee and donuts; after the trip, riders return to the Fire Hall to enjoy lunch, music, door prizes, a silent auction, and a 50/50 raffle.
