	The Little Orchard Local man keeps the faith (and a lot of apples) on family farm. In South Fayette Township, an area that–for the past decade or so–has been more associated with the new construction of quarter to half million dollar homes, sits a small patch of earth known appropriately enough as “The Little Orchard.”
